… is what we offer our guests. And what could be more suitable than a small villa in Wiesbaden from the turn of the last century!
Villa Breckenheim, built in 1904 on the edge of the Wiesbaden's Breckenheim district, is a listed building that's also the loveliest house in the district and a truly special gem from Wiesbaden's glorious past.
Period hardwood, fine Victorian tiles, beautiful historic doors, and a eco-friendly natural clay stucco come together to create a harmonious whole. The one-of-a-kind atmosphere created by the breathable clay plaster and the in-wall heating are a real treat you deserve.

Two Serviced Apartments
The Villa Breckenheim contains two serviced apartments, approx. 50 m² each, with living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom in each.
- The Mountains apartment is on the mezzanine floor
- The Wine apartment is on the top floor.
True to our philosophy, both apartments have been furnished to a high standard and have been awarded a “4-star rating“/en/5-star-apartments-wiesbaden by the DTV (German Tourism Association). They include a full range of exclusive services and can be booked directly with the owners.
The living room of each apartment has a comfortable sofa and a modern high definition TV system with international SAT-TV and a large-screen LCD TV. They also offer a bright workspace next to a window offering great views to inspire your creativity. The bedroom in each flat has a full-sized French bed (160 × 200) and a spacious wardrobe. There is a modern fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. There's also a small table with 2 chairs for a cosy breakfast for two. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious, walk-in shower. The apartment also features a high-end Miele washing machine and dryer.
If you'd like to bring a bicycle, you will have access to a separate bicycle storage room.
